If you can no longer make a class for whatever reason, or you forget to attend, we cannot refund or give a credit due to the time, materials, and preparation required for our workshop to run. All purchases are final. However, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot, gift someone your ticket and make someone’s crafty day. Once you arrange the new attendee, contact us at events@crosenest.com to let us know the name of the new person taking your place.
