Unlock the magic with our Kitchen Witch Series, hosted by our master herbalist Kinsey! This series is designed to teach you the art of creating herbal vinegars, oils, pickles, medicinal salts, sugars, spice blends, syrups, herbal honey, and oxymels. Each session will provide you with the knowledge and skills to transform simple ingredients into magical concoctions.
CLASS #1: Herbal Vinegars, Oils, and Pickles
Date: Thursday, August 29th | 6:00-8:00pm
Description: Learn to craft aromatic herbal vinegars, oils, and pickles that can enhance your culinary creations.
(Optional Add-on) Kit Includes: One oil bottle, one vinegar bottle, fresh sage and garlic, dried pepper, and a variety of dried herbs.
Pricing: $45 per class without the kit, $75 per class with the kit. Add your child for an additional $11 per kid.
CLASS #2: Medicinal Salts, Sugars, and Spice Blends
Date: Thursday, September 12th | 6:00-8:00pm
Description: Discover the art of making medicinal salts, specialty sugars, and unique spice blends to elevate your cooking and well-being.
(Optional Add-on) Kit Includes: Specialty salts and sugars, three jars, fresh and dried herbs.
Pricing: $45 per class without the kit, $75 per class with the kit. Add your child for an additional $11 per kid.
CLASS #3: Herbal Honey, Oxymels, and Quick Simple Syrups

Description: Create soothing herbal honeys, beneficial oxymels, and quick simple syrups for health and flavor.
(Optional Add-on) Kit Includes: 8oz jar of local honey, a variety of local fresh and dried herbs, 8oz apple cider vinegar.
