2. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Due to the nature of our offerings, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept any refunds. All sales are final once the booking is confirmed. This policy ensures that we can maintain the quality and integrity of our events and services.

3. Supervision and Safety:

• A caregiver must be present at all times with their child during the playdate sessions. THIS IS NOT A DROP-OFF PROGRAM.

• Caregivers are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.

• Crosenest Collective reserves the right to remove any child or caregiver who poses a safety risk or disrupts the session.

• Please lightly pick up toys when finished.

4. Health and Wellness:

• Please do not bring your child to a session if they are sick or showing symptoms of illness.

• Crosenest Collective follows a strict hygiene protocol to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

• Hand sanitizers and hand-washing stations are available and encouraged.

• All participants are required to remove their shoes while in the play space area to help keep the area clean.

5. Liability:

• Crosenest Collective is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the playdate sessions.

• By participating in the playdate sessions, caregivers acknowledge and accept the risks involved in play activities.

6. Personal Belongings:

• Crosenest Collective is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.

• Label all personal items, including clothing and drinks, to avoid mix-ups.

7. Food and Allergies:

• Complimentary tea is provided for caregivers. Please notify us of any allergies.

• Snacks are not permitted in the play space; however, water in sealed bottles is allowed.

• Inform Crosenest staff of any severe allergies your child may have.

8. Behavior and Conduct:

• Respectful and kind behavior is expected from all participants. Bullying, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

• Crosenest Collective reserves the right to ask any participant to leave if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

9. Private Playdates:

• Private playdate bookings must be made at least 4 weeks in advance and are subject to availability.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the space.

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks in advance are non-refundable.

10. Homeschooling Families:

• Homeschooling families are welcome, and mixed-age groups are accommodated.

• Please inform us in advance if you have any specific requirements or requests for your homeschooling group.
