Terms and Conditions for Co-Working Space | Crosenest Collective, LLC

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“TOU”) carefully. You must agree to these TOU before you are permitted to use any Crosenest Collective, LLC co-working spaces. If you do not agree with these TOU, you may not use the spaces or participate in the Programs, Events or Online Offerings.

Terms and Conditions for Co-Working Space

Booking and Reservations:

  • All bookings must be made online in advance through our website.

  • Reservations are required to secure your spot for the session.

Session Duration:

  • Each booking is for a 2-hour session.

  • Please ensure you arrive on time to make the most of your reserved session.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • No-shows will be marked as used, and the session fee will not be refunded or credited.

Usage Policies:

  • The co-working space is intended for professional use. Please maintain a respectful and productive atmosphere.

  • Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to avoid disrupting other attendees.

  • Complimentary seasonal tea will be provided during your session.

Age Restrictions:

  • The event is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

Guest Policy:

  • Only registered attendees will be allowed to join.

Facility Use:

  • Please use the facilities and equipment responsibly.

  • Report any damages or issues to the staff immediately.

Personal Belongings:

  • Attendees are responsible for securing their personal belongings. The co-working space is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

Conduct:

  • Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards others.

  • Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the space and potential banning from future sessions.

By booking and attending the co-working space session, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of your session and exclusion from future co-working events.
