This "hug in a mug" is formulated with soothing, nourishing nervines like Linden, Milky Oat Tops and Licorice root that support the nervous system during times of stress. The taste is similiar to a cinnamon oat cookie, and it can instantaneously take you from frazzled to calm.

Brewing Ritual: Infuse 1 Tbsp : 8-10 oz water, for hot brew steep 10+ min, for cold brew steep 6+ hours
